Union members are taking action ahead of the many big events coming to the valley this fall.
The union's secretary-treasurer, Ted Pappageorge, says it's important for these properties to appreciate the workers who make it happen.
"Everybody knows about Formula 1 coming up," said Pappageorge.
"Our goal is to try to get a great contract because their workers have struggled, they brought these companies through COVID, brought them into this incredible recovery where they are making more money than they’ve ever made and companies need to share the wealth."
