The Culinary Workers Union is calling for "civil disobedience" at a rally on the Last Vegas Strip this week.
The union is planning a rally outside of the Bellagio and Paris casinos on Wednesday as it pushes for better pay and improved working conditions in a five-year contract being negotiated with casino owners.
